Introduction  The purpose of this report is to describe and evaluate my four-week experience at the university's gender studies center and to make recommendations for future students.  About the center  The center for gender studies is a research center of the University of Chile that is dedicated to investigating gender issues, labor relations, motherhood, sexual dissidence, and feminist theories. At the center, 35 researchers work, all women, and the tasks are divided into four working groups: qualitative research, quantitative research, theory analysis and publication of results.
